رابطه سبک رهبری معنوی مدیران نظام آموزشی با تعهد سازمانی معلمان

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه سبک رهبری معنوی مدیران و تعهد سازمانی معلمان از دیدگاه معلمان دوره متوسطه اول و دوم انجام یافته است. روش پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان دوره متوسطه اول و دوم شهرستان خداآفرین در سال تحصیلی 95- 1394 به تعداد 130 نفر با حجم نمونه تعداد 100 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تک مرحله ای با رعایت نسبت طبقه ای است. ابزارهای اندازه گیری این پژوهش: 1- پرسشنامه رهبری معنوی فرای و ملانی (2008) با مقدار ضریب آلفای کرانباخ کلی 91/0 و 2- پرسشنامه تعهد سازمانی آلن و می یر (1987) با مقدار ضریب آلفای کلی 89/0 می باشند. در بخش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی جهت تحلیل سوالات استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته های بدست آمده در سطح معناداری 00/0، بین سبک رهبری معنوی با تعهد سازمانی (عاطفی، مستمر و هیجانی) رابطه وجود دارد

Abstract
This study has been aimed to investigate the relationship between spiritual directors of leadership style and organizational commitment of teachers from the view of secondary school (first and second) teachers. The research method was a survey- correlation. The study population consisted of all first and second secondary school teachers in the academic year 1394-95 of Khoda Afarin city with a sample size of 100 to 130 using a single-stage cluster sampling is stratified. Measuring Tools of the study: 1- Inventory of spiritual leadership of Melanie Frye (2008) with an overall Cronbach alpha coefficient 0/91, and 2- Organizational Commitment Questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1987) alpha coefficient are generally 0/89. In the analysis of data correlation coefficient was used to analyze the questions. Based on the findings at a significance level of 0.00, are related between spiritual leadership style and organizational commitment (affective, continuance and emotional).
