This study aimed to "examine the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation experts Isfahan University" is the method was studied. University experts who study population consisted of 273 people, 130 of them simple random sampling method and on the basis of writing and colleagues (1372) were selected. The instruments used in this research were organizational learning Nife (2001) and organizational innovation questionnaire that reliability through Cornbrash's alpha .090 And .089 Obtained . For data analysis Pearson correlation, stepwise regression was used. Pearson correlation test showed a significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation there. Test results show that all components of organizational learning has a positive and significant relationship with organizational innovation. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between dimensions of organizational learning and organizational innovation (product innovation, process innovation and business innovation) There is a significant positive relationship. Regression analysis showed that among the components of organizational learning, knowledge sharing four dimensions, organizational learning culture, leadership and team work and learning as predictive variables, regression equation to explain changes to the criteria for organizational innovation ( criterion variable), possess and components of systems thinking, common vision and competence and skills of employees due to lack significant role in predicting organizational innovation was removed from the equation.
