تاثیر خرد سازمانی بر اثربخشی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان مرکزی

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر خرد سازمانی بر اثربخشی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان مرکزی در سال 1394 صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی-پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 137 نفر از کلیه کارکنان شامل مدیران، معاونان و کارمندان آموزش و پرورش استان مرکزی بود که از این میان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونهگیری تصادفیساده 101 نفر بعنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. روش جمعآوری دادهها بر اساس پرسشنامه استاندارد خرد سازمانی براون و گرین (2006) و پرسشنامه استاندارد اثربخشی کارکنان ندایی و همکاران (2012) انجام گرفت.. در نهایت یافته های پژوهش تأثیر خرد سازمانی و مولفه های آن شامل خودشناسی، مدیریت هیجانات، نوع دوستی، الهام بخشی، قضاوت، دانش زندگی، مهارت زندگی و تمایل به یادگیری را بر اثربخشی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش استان مرکزی مورد تأیید قرار داد.

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the impact of organizational wisdom on effectiveness among staff of education in Markazi Province in the years of 2015. The research purpose method was applied and data collection methods were descriptive-survey. The pollution of research was including 137 employees involved in education and training in Markazi Province and among whom, 101 people was considered as sample by using Cochran formula. Data collection was carried out through Brown & Greene (2006) standard questionnaire and Nedaee et al (2012) standard questionnaire. Technical characteristic of questionnaire including reliability and validity studied by using of various criterion, for example Alpha Chronbach method used as a one the methods of reliability assessment for this research, that reliability coefficient obtained for both standard questionnaires research variable more than 0.7. Also to test the validity of questionnaires used Content validity and construct validity. Data analysis was carried out through Smart PLS software in two aspects of descriptive (frequency, frequency percentage, mean, Standard deviation) and inferential (Structural Equation Modeling, Confirmatory Factor Analysis). In measurement model, Technical characteristic of questionnaire and loading factor have investigated, also, in structural model have investigated Structural Coefficients. The results showed that organizational wisdom and its dimensions (Self-Knowledge, Emotional Management, Altruism, Inspirational Engagement, Judgment, Life Knowledge, Life Skills, and Willingness to Learn) impact on effectiveness among staff of education in Markazi Province
