رابطه بین هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار با تاب‌آوری در کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرکرد

چکیده


هدف از انجام پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار با تاب­آوری در کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرکرد بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان آموزش و پرورش شهرکرد بود که در سال تحصیلی 1393- 1394 در آموزش و پرورش مشغول به کار بودند. با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 107 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده­ها از 3 پرسشنامه؛ تاب­آوری (کانر ودیویدسون)؛ پرسشنامه هوش معنوی (حسن عبداله­زاده) و پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه­ای (مرزبان) استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون ساده و چندگانه استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که: بین هوش معنوی و اخلاق کار با تاب­آوری کارکنان رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد؛ بین ابعاد هوش معنوی با تاب­آوری رابطه معنادار و مثبت وجود دارد؛ ابعاد هوش معنوی قادر به پیش بینی تاب­آوری کارکنان می باشد. اخلاق کار قادر به پیش بینی تاب­آوری کارکنان می باشد.

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and work ethics with Resilience in Staff of education department of shahrkord city. Due to the nature and objectives the research was applied And for it implication used from correlation method. The research population included all Staff of education department of shahrkord city that worked in education in the academic year 1393- 1394. using from morgan table 107 peson,s were selected by simple random sampling as sample. for collect data used from 3 questionnaire; Resilience questionnaire of Conner – Davidson (2003); Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire of abdolahzade et al(1387) and  professional ethics questionnaire of mazrban(1389). For analysis the data used from Pearson correlation, simple regression and Multiple Regression. The results showed that: there is a significant and positive relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and work ethics with Resilience; there is a significant and positive relationship between component of Spiritual Intelligence and Resilience; component of Spiritual Intelligence can predict Staff Resilience; work ethics can predict Staff Resilience
