بررسی رابطه رفتار مدنی و عملکرد سازمانی مدیران آموزش و پرورش (مطالعه موردی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کلیبر)

چکیده


هدف این مطالعه بررسی رابطه رفتار مدنی و عملکرد سازمانی مدیران مدارس آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کلیبر است. تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی  و روش آن توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در برگیرنده دبیران آموزش و پرورش شهرستان کلیر جمعاً به تعداد 600 نفر است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 148 نفر محاسبه شد که به صورت نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه ای شامل 29سوال استاندارد برای سنجش رفتار دنی و 60 سوال استاندارد برای سنجش عملکرد سازمانی است. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه از نظر استادان و خبرگان مثبت ارزیابی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه رفتار مدنی سازمانی برابر با 86% و پرسشنامه عملکرد مدیران برابر با 93% محاسبه شد. با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و روش های آمار استنباطی (آزمون همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی ساده و چند متغیره) اطلاعات تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که رفتار مدنی و اجزای آن یعنی نوع دوستی، ادب و احترام، جوانمردی، فضیلت مدنی، وظیفه شناسی، وفاداری سازمانی و اطاعت سازمانی مدیران با عملکرد سازمانی مدیران رابطه مثبت و معنی داری دارند. هم چنین نتایج نشان داد رفتار مدنی توان پیش بینی عملکرد سازمانی مدیران را دارد.

Abstract
The relation citizenship behavior and organizational performance of the principals of education schools of the Kalibar County
This study investigated the relationship between citizenship behavior and organizational performance of the principals of education schools of the Kalibar County. This is an applied research and it’s method is descriptive- correlation. The case study includes teachers of the Kalibar County which is 600. The sample size was 148 which were calculated by Cochran formula, and were selected thorough Simple random sampling. The data collected through a questionnaire consisting of 29 standard questions to measure intellectual capital and 60 standard questions to measure organizational behavior. The content-related validity of the questionnaire has been evaluated positively by professors and experts. The reliability of the questionnaire measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was 86% for the organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire and for principal’ performance questionnaire was 93%. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics (correlation and simple and multivariate linear regression). The results of this study showed that citizenship behavior and its components like humanism, courtesy, magnanimity, civic virtue, deontology, organizational loyalty and organizational obedience of principals have positively and significantly related with organizational performance of principals.The results showed that organizational performance of principals can be predicted by citizenship behavior.
