The aimed of this research is specify relationship between organizational culture and vocation development of teachers is from the perspective of primary school teachers in Shiraz. The descriptive research method was correlational.The statistics society was include all of teachers of primary schools of Shiraz city, in the academic year 94-95 have working. For selected the sample group, one-stage cluster sampling was used that a total of 322 persons were selected. Measuring tools, is questionnaires of organizational culture of Denison (Denison, 2000) and Professional Development of Auby (auby, 1393), Data obtained from questionnaires using descriptive and inferential statistical methods were analyzed with SPSS software.
The results obtained is show that: A) there are direct and significant relationship between organizational culture and professional development of teachers. B) there are direct and significant relationship between dimensions of organizational culture and professional development of teachers. C) Among the components of organizational culture, of participation and mission components are able to account for about 23% of changes in the teachers' professional development.
