شایستگی‌های مورد انتظار دانش‌آموختگان دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته برنامه‌ ریزی درسی: یک پژوهش کیفی

چکیده

 

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شایستگی­های مورد انتظار دانش­آموختگان دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته برنامه­ ریزی درسی است. برای نیل به این مقصود از رویکرد پژوهش کیفی استفاده شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری، نمونه­ای به حجم 24 نفر (8 متخصص دانشگاهی در رشته برنامه ریزی درسی، 11 دانش آموخته کارشناسی ارشد برنامه ریزی درسی و 5 کارفرما) انتخاب شد. داده­های مورد نیاز از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته فردی جمع-آوری شد. داده­های گردآوری شده با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی آشکار مورد تجزیه و تحلیل و کدگذاری قرار گرفت. یافته­های این پژوهش، شایستگی­های مورد انتظار دانش­آموختگان دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته برنامه­ ریزی درسی را در سه درون­مایه شایستگی­های شناختی (با سه طبقه دانش تخصصی برنامه ریزی درسی، شایستگی­های شناختی عمومی و دانش عمومی)، شایستگی­های مهارتی (با دو طبقه مهارت­های تخصصی برنامه ریزی درسی و مهارت­های عمومی) و شایستگی­های نگرشی (با دو طبقه شایستگی­های نگرشی برنامه ریزی درسی و شایستگی­های نگرشی عمومی) به دست داد. یافته­های این پژوهش علاوه بر اینکه می­تواند در مراحل مختلف برنامه­ریزی درسی مبتنی بر شایستگی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد، چشم­اندازی جامع نسبت به آنچه که در طی دوره کارشناسی ارشد رشته برنامه ریزی درسی باید کسب شود، ارائه می­دهد.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify expected competencies of Master degree of curriculum graduates. To achieve this purpose with qualitative research approach, through targeted sampling (to reach theoretical saturation), 24 people were selected (8 academic specialists of curriculum,11 graduates and 5 employers) The data were collected via individual semi-structured interviews. Collected Data through revealed qualitative content analysis were analyzed and coded. The findings of this study showed that expected competencies of Master degree of curriculum graduates are three themes: cognitive competencies (professional knowledge of curriculum, general cognitional competency and general knowledge), skills competencies (professional skills of curriculum and general skills) and attitude competencies (Curriculum attitudinal competencies and general attitudes). The findings  of this study could be used in various stages of competency-based curriculum, also offers a comprehensive vision of what should be achieved during the course of studying the of Master degree of curriculum.
