The purpose of this study has been to explain Islamic ethics job and spiritual intelligence with organizational citizenship behavior of Marvdasht city educations staff. The research method is descriptive which is a kind of correlation and social statistic. This research include over 110 education staff a according to Morgan chart the sample content equaling to 80 people ,are selected randomly. For collecting cleat, 3 questionnaire have been used: organizational citizenship behavior Podsakoff and colleagues question nave, spiritual intelligence bade and colleagues question are, Islamic thics job you of: question are. In order to extract and analysis date, correlation coefficient statistics and regression analysis are simultaneously and gradually used. The results showed that there is a direct and meaningful relevance between spiritual intelligence, Islamic ethics job and organizational citizenship behavior .among spiritual intelligence dimensions (total thought, dimension believe, self awareness, love, and interest) and ganization al citizenship behavior. there is a direct and meaningful relevance. self awareness, love, and interests have been strong predictable variants for organizational citizenship behavior. Islamicethics job can predict organizational citizenship behavior.
