بررسی رابطة مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی و کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان (مطالعه موردی: دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت- دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی استان مازندران

چکیده

چکیده:
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی رابطة 4 مؤلفة هوش هیجانی (روابط بین فردی، واقع گرایی، تحمل فشار روانی، خوش بینی) با کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان رشتة مدیریت در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی مازندران (ورودی مهر ماه 1388) به مرحله اجرا درآمده است. به منظور دستیابی به هدف پژوهش از بین 80 دانشجو 66  نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه به شیوة جدول مورگان انتخاب شدند که در نهایت به دلیل ناقص بودن و عدم برگشت به 60  نفر کاهش یافت. این پژوهش به روش میدانی بوده و ابزارهای مورد استفاده جهت جمع آوری داده ها، پرسش نامة هوش هیجانی بار- اُن و پرسش نامه کارآفرینی اسکار بورف و زیمرر بوده است.
نتیجه به دست آمده حاکی از آن بود که بین هر چهار مؤلفه­ انتخابی از هوش هیجانی با کارآفرینی رابطه­ مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد (که ضریب همبستگی آنها به ترتیب 0.359=r ، 0.374=r ، 0.333=r ، 0.389= r در سطح 01/0>p  رابطه ی مثبت و مستقیم دارد.)

Abstract:
 
The aim of this study is verifying the relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneur- ship among MA students of management in Islamic Azad University Mazandaran. Based on Krejcie & Morgan's sampling size table, we selected 66 out of 80 students as sample group which finally ended up with 60 due to the missing data collected. In this study, we used Bar-On Emotional Intelligence questionnaire and Scarborough & Zimmerer's entrepreneurship questionnaire. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between any one of the four components of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurship. The coefficients of correlation are respectively r=0.359 r=0.374 r=0.333   r=0.389 with p>0.01.
