‎ رابطة بین کارآفرینی و درگیری شغلی کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن

چکیده: بررسی رابطة بین کارآفرینی و درگیری شغلی کارکنان هدف اساسی این مطالعه بود. بر پایه مفروضه تحقیقات همبستگی و با اجرای دو پرسش نامه کارآفرینی و درگیری شغلی در مورد 146نفر از جامعه کارکنان بخش های اداری و خدماتی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن که با شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده بودند اطلاعات لازم جمع آوری شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که به طور کلی می توان براساس سطح کارآفرینی کارکنان، درگیری شغلی آنان را پیش بینی کرد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract: The main objective of this article was to study relationship between enterpreneurship with job involvementin university personnel.Upon correlational studies and administrating job involvementand entrepreneurship questionnaires on 146 personnel at Islamic Azad Universitiy Roodehen branch were collected data. In general, the regression analysis showed that with using  enterpreneurship can predicting job involvement.
