This study primarily aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational learning and Knowledge management among Faculty members of Islamic Azad University, Marvdasht Branch. The statistical population of this descriptive-correlational study was consists of Faculty members. Using a simple accidental sampling procedure, 74 faculty members were selected and respond to the questionnaires. The data of the study came from three questioners, that is, organizational culture questionnaire with 0.79 Reliability, organizational learning questionnaire with 0.85 Reliability and Knowledge management questionnaire with 0.96 Reliability. The data was analyzed by step by step Multivariate Regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Meanwhile, the following results were obtained: There was a significant relationship between organization culture and organizational learning and Knowledge management. There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and dimensions and Knowledge management. There was a significant relationship between organizational learning dimensions and Knowledge management.
