This research is conducted to investigate the effect of cultural intelligence on social capital of students. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population, consisted of all undergraduate students of Payam-e- Noor University of Ramsar. 331 student were selected through multistage random sampling. The data was collected using two questionnaires: (a) cultural intelligence questionnaire (Ang et al, 2004), and (b) the researcher made questionnaire of social capital. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the university instructors. For analyzing, the data, Pearson correlation and regression analysis were used through. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural intelligence its components Cognitive component r=0.143, Motivational component SPSS software r=0.524, Metacognitive component r=0.594, Behavioral component r=0.651) and social capital of students.
