This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational trust and organizational learning among employees in the education of Babol was2014-15.This research method of application and the data collection method were descriptive. The population includes all staff in the academic education of Babol number 2014-15 (N=120) patients using table Kerjsi-Morgan (n= 92) people randomly stratified according to sex as the sample size been determined and studied. In order to gather data from the questionnaire Rezaeian organizational trust and Rahimi (2008) 0.86reliability through Cronbach's alpha was calculated. Neefe organizational learning questionnaire (2001) was used with 0.83reliability. Data gathered using descriptive statistics such as statistical tables and frequency of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test inferential statistics such as test, Pearson correlation coefficient, t, regression through SPSS software to analyze was. The results showed that organizational trust and organizational learning in higher education employees than average. As well as the reliability, competence, commitment and institutional trust with organizational learning and education staff there, but there is no relationship between the variables honesty and integrity, and organizational learning. And the results of the regression showed that 21 percent of organizational learning can be explained by a single variable of organizational trust.
