Usually, every organization tries to have people with the necessary capabilities and commitments for current and future organizational success, so they look for talent management. Talent management refers to an organization's efforts to attract, develop and retain skilled and valuable employees. The purpose of the current research was to explain and identify the dimensions of the talent management model. This research is practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of research method. The community of the qualitative research department were some experts related to the topic of talent management, who were selected based on the rule of theoretical saturation and purposefully.The statistical population of the quantitative part included 650 managers of the country's academic Jihad educational field, of which 305 people were randomly selected as the sample size based on Morgan's table. In this research, a researcher-made talent management questionnaire was used to collect data, and then they were analyzed using Lisrel software. The findings of the quantitative part have confirmed the fit, validity and reliability of the explanation and identification of the dimensions of the talent management model in academic jihad. Finally, according to the data obtained from the quantitative research, the dimensions of the talent management model for the talent management process of Jihad university employees have been explained and identified. The main dimensions and categories counted are: planning and organization, talent search, professionalism and development-oriented, justice-oriented, specialization and meritocracy, livelihood, knowledge creation, providing feedback, culture building, staffing and human resources management. Based on the results, it can be concluded that nowadays talent management is a new and reliable approach for the success of organizations, and therefore the organizational and educational planners of the higher education system should pay serious attention to the key categories that were identified about talent management in this thesis.
