چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد، مؤلفه‌ ها و شاخص‌ های مدیریت بهره‌ وری اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دانشگاه‌ های آزاد اسلامی استان تهران انجام شد. از نظر هدف به‌ صورت توسعه‌ ای، از نظر داده‌ ها و روش اجرا به صورت کیفی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ ها به صورت پیمایشی می‌ باشد. جامعه مشارکت‌ کننده برای مصاحبه، متخصصان حوزه مدیریت بهره‌ وری و منابع انسانی بودند که تعداد 30 نفر به‌ شرط تحقق اشباع نظری به‌ عنوان نمونه آماری و به روش هدفمند تعیین گردیدند. گردآوری داده‌ ها با روش های کتابخانه‌ ای و میدانی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ ها نیز مصاحبه نیمه سازمان‌ یافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ های کیفی از تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌ افزار maxqoda12 استفاده شد. درنهایت 6 بعد، 12 مؤلفه و 52 شاخص انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان می‌ دهد که ابعاد مدیریت بهره‌ وری در بعد مدیریتی شامل مؤلفه‌ های اجرایی و رهبری، بعد تشکیلاتی شامل مؤلفه‌ های مدیریت افراد و ارتباطی، بعد محیطی شامل مؤلفه‌ های عوامل درونی و عوامل بیرونی، بعد فردی شامل مؤلفه‌ های ویژگی‌ های شخصیتی و ویژگی‌ های اخلاقی، بعد شغلی شامل مؤلفه‌ های شغلی_فردی و شغلی_سازمانی و بعد ارزشی شامل مؤلفه‌ های مربوط به فرد و مربوط به شغل هستند. با توجه به ابعاد و مؤلفه‌ های شناسایی شده، الگویی ارائه شد که برازش مطلوبی دارد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions, components and indicators of productivity management (Case study: faculty members of Islamic Azad Universities of Tehran province). The present study is developmental in terms of purpose, qualitative in data and implementation method, and survey research in terms of data-collection. The participating community for interview included the experts in productivity management and Human resources; 30 people were selected purposefully as the statistical sample with realization condition of theoretical saturation. The library and field methods for data- collection and semi-structured interviews and research-made questionnaire for data- collection tool were applied. Content analysis and maxqoda 12 software were used for analyzing qualitative data. At last, 6 dimensions,12 components, and 52 indicators were finalized. The results of the study show that the dimensions of productivity management considering the management dimension include (leadership and implemental) components; organizational dimension includes (communicational and individual management) components; the environmental dimension includes the components of (interior and exterior factors); the individual dimension includes the components of (personality and moral features); professional dimension includes the components of (individual and organizational profession) the value dimension includes (related to individual and related to profession). Considering the dimensions and components, the proposed pattern has a good fit.
