The main aspect of learner organization in junior high schools of district 4 in Tehran consisted of personal skill, mental patterns, common perspective, systematic learning, and systematic thought. The current state of the aspects of learner organization in junior high schools of district 4 in Tehran, i.e., mental pattern and systematic thought, are at lower level than the average and is not at 0.05 level of significance. Other aspects, i.e., personal skill, systematic learning, and common perspective, are at the medium level or a little higher. The more the mental patterns, the more leadership teachers have. Also, there is no relationship between common perspective and teachers’ leadership. At the same time, there isn't any relationship between common perspective and management of school affairs, and between systematic thought and management of school affairs. No relationship is considered between systematic thought, the appropriate behavior with teachers, and the ability to evaluate. Moreover, the more systematic learning occurs, the higher teacher management would be.
