The main purpose of the present study is to study the organizational health among different zones of the Islamic Azad University (IAU). The population of the study was comprised of all the IAU staffs. 558 participants were selected using stratifies random sampling. The research instrument was Organizational Health Inventory (OHI) which was administered on the participants. The results of one-way ANOVA and LSD follow-up test indicated that 1) there is a significant difference between organizational health indices in different zones, 2) The LSD follow-up test shows that the mean index of organizational health in zone 3 is more than of zone 2. The organizational health index in zone 4 is more than that in zones 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 as small as that in zone 3 while the indices in other zones are smaller than zone 4. The mean index of zone 8 is larger than that in zones 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 7, 10, 12. The mean index of zone 11 is more than that in zones 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12 while that index in other zones is smaller than that in zone 11.
