this Study aimed at in investigating the relationshipbetween different types of organizational culture and knowledge management in the social security fund in Iran.248 subjects, inducing the expert in four different directorships of social security fund, who were selected through stratified random sampling participated in this Study ,Cameron Queen of organizational culture questionnaire for the assessment of organizational culture (group, Adhvkrasy, market, hierarchical) and Inventory Management Shriven Lawson were used in this Study. Data analysis wan done through Pearson correlation coefficient and Summers and Friedman tests. The results of Data analysis revealed that organizational culture has direct positive relationship with knowledge management. Therefore, improving the organizational culture, particularly group culture, will have a positive effect on knowledge management.
