In the new millennium, spiritual leadership is the need of human societies to move towards excellence and maturity. Therefore, leading universities have emphasized and focused on creating a system of student growth in the field of leadership, especially spiritual leadership. The research was conducted with a mixed approach, first with a qualitative method of content analysis and then using the ANP-Dimatel technique (DANP). For this purpose, an extensive review of specialized texts related to the spiritual leadership and growth of students, as well as semi-structured interviews (more than 850 minutes) with 16 academic experts. Professors of related fields and senior managers of Islamic Azad University and managers of Research Sciences Branch) who were selected by purposive sampling method from the community of experts along with a researcher-made questionnaire, until complete data saturation was performed. The validity and reliability of this study was confirmed by experts and fertility Holsti. Qualitative data analysis was performed through open and axial coding technique and quantitative data was performed through ANP-Dimatel algorithm and program written in Excel software with the same results in MATLAB, which resulted in extraction and clustering of spiritual leadership components in the university in three domains :individual (with 54 components), Interpersonal and group (with 28 components) and transcendence (with 3 components) and extraction of 10 effective factors in the three clusters, respectively importance 1. Existential, 2. Human and 3. Environmental and ranking of these factors to create a comprehensive system of spiritual leadership development in universities.
