This study was conducted to identify the key components of manager's dysfunction from the perspective of the employees in Educational organization and is a mixed method research. In the qualitative part of the research, using focus groups and semi-structured interview, the components of managers dysfunction from the perspective of 10 educational management experts were selected through purposive sampling, 90 components were identified in economic, political, and organizational dimensions. In quantitative part, researcher – made questionnaire was designed to measure the level of manager's dysfunction in organizations based on likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed among 50 employees of four governmental in Educational organization and the reliability of the data was calculated by Cranach's alpha formula for economic components 0.88, political components 0.95, personal components 0.98, social components 0.96, and organizational components 0.97. The statistical population consisted of 430 employees of four governmental in Educational organization. The sample size was calculated as 200 individuals by Cochran formula. Then, one sample t-test, binominal ratio, and Friedman multiple comparisons test were used for data analysis. The findings of this study showed that more than 60% of the employees believe that the identified dysfunctional components were to a great or very great extent influential on the manager's dysfunction .Also, the results of Friedman test showed from the perspective of the employees that the economic and organizational components have the most influence on the manager's dysfunction. finally, composing a comprehensive charter for selecting managers based on meritocracy, developing ethical leadership , providing necessary and quality skill and communication trainings prior to taking the responsibility of management, and applying strict rules for the managers violations is suggested.
