The purpose of this study, the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational learning with creativity in employees is Islamic Azad University of South Tehran. In this study population included all employees of Islamic Azad University South Tehran, According to Morgan sample size (460 patients) were considered. The multi- stager and on sampling was performed. Data were collected through questionnaire spiritual leadership (above) and organizational learning (Nief) and Baedeker activity questionnaire was used and the sample was conducted, analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, variance and diagrams...) And to examine the question of in perennial statistics(multi-variable regression analysis and Pearson correlation test) were used. The results showed that the spiritual leadership and organizational learning with creativity in employees University is a significant relationship.
