The purpose of the present study was to predict teachers’ organizational commitment based on their organizational justice and job security. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The participants in this study were 133 teachers at secondary schools in Garmsar who were selected out of 205 through Morgan Table. Three instruments were used for data collection. The job security was measured through Oldehm and Colic Inventory; the organizational justice was measured via Newhef and Mormen Inventory; and the organizational commitment was measured through Alen and Myer Inventory. The reliability of the questionnaires was computed as 0.78, 0.83, and 0.87 respectively. The data was analyzed using the Pearson product-moment correlation technique, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: (a) there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment; (b) a positive relationship was found between job security and organizational Commitment; (c) a significantly positive multiple relationship was found between job security, organizational justice, and organizational commitment, and (d) there was a significant relationship between each dimension of organizational justice and organizational Commitment.
