The aim of this research is to comparison the organizational agility in private and public high schools of Tehran city. The research method is descriptive-functional. Population of this study consisted of all private and public high schools of Tehran city equal to 411 schools. The sample for the present study was multiple clustery randomly selected from among the schools (79) schools. (organizational agility questionnaire (Wrought Researcher) have been used for the collection of data. The questionnaire reliability was evaluated based on Cronbach’s alpha (organizational agility 0.804. )Utilized confirmatory factor analysis for determining construct validity of the scale .CFA indices revealed good fitness of the questionnaire. The collection data were analyzed by usingdescriptive(mean, standard deviation and percent) and in perennial statistics (Kolmogorov- Smirnov test methods, independent-samples t test and one-sample t test). The results in dictate that:  Organizational agility status in public high schools is lower than average in sharply, competency and flexibility components. In addition, the status of private highschool sin sharply component is lower than average, and averagely in organizational competency and flexibility. The public high schools are in unfavorable organizational agility condition, but the private high schools average level organizational agility condition.  There is a significant difference in the level of organizational agility among the private and public high schools.
