The purpose of the present study was to investigate any relationship between organizational intelligence dimensions and organizational learning among female teachers and principals in Meshkinshahr, Iran. The present research with respect to data collection procedure, is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population contained all female teachers and principals in Meshkinshahr, including 480 teachers and 50 principals. 213 teachers and 44 principals were randomly selected through Morgan table Nenf organizational learning questionnaire and Albrekht organizational intelligence questionnaire ware used for data collection. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive –analytic statistics, using the spss16 software, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational intelligence at 0/05 Alpha level of significance. There ware also significant relationships between any of organizational intelligence dimension and organizational learning. In order to understand the extent to which each of the independent variables were able to predicted the dependent variable at p<0/01 level of significance, the clarification variables of strategic organization in teachers and principals, each almost 0/48, collective predestination of principals 0/42 and teachers 0/52, liking to change of principals 0.58 and teachers, unity and agreement between principals 0/52 and 0/79, principals and teachers spirit, 0/49 and 0/32 respectively, principals and teachers knowledge application, 0/48 and 0/54, and principals and teachers functional pressure, 0/54 and 0/33 respectively. Therefore, liking to change can be recognized as the most appropriate item of organizational learning that is able to predict 0/076 of all the existing variance in organizational learning.
