In the research, "The study of the relationship between multiple managers' intelligences with the establishment of participatory leadership style in elementary schools in Tehran" is a descriptive study method and the research is a correlation study. The statistical population consisted of all primary school principals in Tehran (ordinary schools, witnesses, board of trustees, gifted and non-governmental), of whom 320 were selected by stratified sampling method. Data collection tools consisted of two Gardner multiple intelligences questionnaires And the shepherd's collaborative management questionnaire. Reliability and validity of information gathering tools were investigated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient and content validity and the results were presented in the form of a joint statement. Data analysis was done in two sections: descriptive and inferential. In the descriptive section, using descriptive indexes such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were obtained using SPSS software. The results were as follows. The results of the research show that the multiple intelligences of managers (natural intelligence, logical intelligence, bipartite intelligence and musical intelligence) have a positive and significant correlation with the establishment of a participatory management style that includes employee participation issues in solving problems, employee participation in targeting, Employee participation in decision making and employee participation in organizational change.
