The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational learning of teachers in secondary schools in Tehran.460 secondary school Teacher's in Tehran were selected based on Them organ table to participate in this study. However, considering the effete of small sample size, 600 subjects were selected as the sample, and random cluster sampling was used for their selection. Data collection was done through spiritual leadership (Fry) and organizational learning (Naïf) questionnaires. Both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Pearson product correlation and multivariate regression analysis) were used for data analysis. The results indicated that there was a significant leadership between the teacher's spiritual leadership and organizational learning. Moreover, spiritual leadership was proved to be a significant predictor for the variable "organization learning".
