چکیده

پژوهش حاضر در صدد است ضمن بررسی دیدگاه های موجود درخصوص مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی به طراحی ابزار سنجش مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی اعضای هیأت علمی بپردازد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و شامل روش های اسنادی ودلفی است. گردآوری مولفه های مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی با روش اسنادی و طراحی مولفه های پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات پنل دلفی (15 نفر از خبرگان علم اطلاعات) انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد درداخل و خارج از کشور مقالات پژوهشی متعددی به بررسی جنبه های مختلف مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی پرداخته اند اما منبعی که به طور مستقیم به تدوین ابزاری برای سنجش مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی پژوهشگران و اعضای هیأت علمی پرداخته باشد، شناسایی نشد. در خصوص سنجش مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی پرسشنامه های لاتین اندکی موجود است. با توجه به تفاوت نظام آموزشی و برنامه های درسی، این ابزارها کارایی لازم برای ارزیابی مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی پژوهشگران ایرانی را ندارد، بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد با درنظرگرفتن نوع نیازهای اطلاعاتی افراد، ابزار سنجش مهارت های مدیریت اطلاعات شخصی گروه های مختلف طراحی گردد

چکیده [English]

This study intends to review the viewpoints of personal information management and designing a faculty member''s personal information management assessment tool. The research is applied and consists of documentary and delphi methods. The collection of personal information management components was done by documentary method and designing the components of the questionnaire using Delphi panels comments (15 experts in information science). Inside and out of the country, several research papers have examined various aspects of personal information management, but the source that was directly targeted at developing a tool for measuring personal information management of researchers and faculty members was not identified. In the context of personal information management assessment, there are few Latin questionnaires available. Due to the differences in educational system and curriculum, these tools do not have the necessary efficiency to evaluate the personal information management of Iranian researchers. Therefore, it is recommended to design a tool for measuring personal information management skills of different groups, taking into account the type of information needs of individuals
