Abstract
The aim of this study was to The Effect of Knowledge of Organizational Culture on Employees' Organizational Trust (Case Study: Azad Universityof marand Branch). The population of the research staff at the University of Marand up to 110 people, which according to Morgan sample size of 96 person were randomly selected to do. This Study from purpose is Practical and from of nature is descriptive - Correlation. For Data collection the Robbins(1991) organizational culture questionnaire and Robbins (2003) organizational trust questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts in the relevant field, and reliability through Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated and organizational culture questionnaire ./86 and Organizational Trust questionnaire ./90 was obtained. For data analysis, correlation and regression tests were used . R Pearson's and Linear regression tests results showed that: between organizational culture and organizational trust there is a significant correlation and the organizational culture can be traced organizational trust of employees by 34 percent. Creating trust is one of the essential characteristics of organizational culture. The organization's reputation for positive organizational culture affects the trust and confidence of followers in making decisions in each situation. Trust creates and maintains unity in organizations and creates democratic values in the organization. Also, trust can increase the legitimacy and effectiveness of the organization. Trust, sustainability is based on the integrity, ability, or personality of a person. Trust is the enthusiasm and interest of a group in the sensitive actions of the other group.
