In most organizations in all over the world, managers are looking for upgrading and improving the performance of their organizations. Management Research Focus on the importance of knowledge management and organizational learning in order to improve the performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of knowledge management on financial performance, directly or indirectly, mediated by organizational learning in education office of central province. Research method is cross-sectional and of correlational type. The population of this Research includes 250employees in education office of Central Province. The sample size was determined by sample size formula as 82. The standard questionnaire was used to collect data whose content and construct validity and its reliability were measured through Cronbach's alpha. The data were analyzed using LISREL software. The results of data analysis revealed that all research hypotheses were retained.
